Participating employers represent the sectors of child care and education, construction, county government, finance, health care, health and wellness, leisure and hospitality, life sciences, manufacturing, personal and family services, retail trade, sports, transportation and logistics, technology and veterinary care. The hundreds of jobs being offered are full-time and part-time and range from entry-level to C-suite. “Be prepared to share your resume, network with hiring managers and other job seekers and gather career-related information from employers and agency participants.” “Community members from around the region are invited to meet all of the employers during this free event,” said GRWDB Board Chair Joanne Hala. More than 100 employers based in the two counties have registered for this free event – reaching the capacity limit for employer participants. This is the first large-scale in-person job fair presented by the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB) since the onset of the pandemic.
